Description

The IT6000D series provides a single-output programmable DC power supply, which is suitable for providing high-power, stable DC power supply in laboratories and automatic test systems. The automatic range output characteristics of the IT6000D series power supply can provide a wider range of voltage and current combinations in the entire power range, with flexibility. The IT6000D series has a wide range of applications and uses SiC technology with a current range of up to 8000A and a voltage range of up to 2250V. At the same time, the power supply provides a variety of standard communication interfaces to simplify and speed up test development; the compact 3U design effectively saves rack space. If higher output power is required, multiple devices of the same specification can be simply connected in parallel to build a power supply system with a total power of up to 2MW.

The IT6000D series uses SiC technology and can reach a high power density of 3U 18kW, with low output noise and ripple, excellent mains disturbance regulation, load regulation and fast transient response. It has a wide range of voltages from 80V to 2250V and currents from 510A to 30A, suitable for every test and verification power supply from design to product testing and production processes.
