Description

The IT6100 series has a high resolution of 0.1mV/ 0.1mA, which makes the customer’s test results more accurate. Its voltage rise speed can reach 20ms, and the high-speed List mode output can independently edit and execute the preset voltage waveform to meet the needs of high-speed testing. This series has a built-in 5 ½-digit digital voltmeter and milliohmmeter, which can accurately measure additional signals. Using the standard SCPI communication protocol, customers can choose GPIB/USB and RS232 for programming control, which is a better choice for DC power supply in laboratories and production lines.

LIST Mode
IT6100 series power supplies provide high-speed List mode output, which allows the power supply to automatically output according to the sequence edited by the user. Various output change sequences can be generated by editing the value and time of each single step of the LIST operation.

Remote measurement function
When the load consumes a large current, a voltage drop will occur on the connection line from the power supply to the load terminal. In order to ensure the measurement accuracy, the IT6100 series provides a remote measurement terminal on the rear panel, which customers can use to measure the input terminal voltage of the instrument under test.
