Product Overview
The 9951A/Y optical wave test platform is a modular, multi-channel test instrument developed for users in the optoelectronic industry. The main unit has 8 or 18 module slots. Different modules such as optical power meters, optical attenuators, optical switches, and optical polarization scramblers can be freely selected according to needs to achieve optical power measurement, optical power attenuation, optical path switching, optical polarization scrambling and other functions. Each module is pluggable and interchangeable, which is convenient for quickly building a test system. The product has a wealth of external communication interfaces, including LAN, RS232C and USB interfaces. The LAN interface supports up to 64 client accesses, which can meet various program control and data communication needs.

Automatic module recognition function
After the host platform is powered on, it automatically identifies the module and displays the module information, allowing you to quickly build the system.
Optical power meter function
The optical power meter module operates in the wavelength range of 800nm to 1700nm. The module has been calibrated across the entire wavelength band. By matching different types of optical power meter modules, optical power testing in a large dynamic range of -80dBm to +26dBm can be achieved.
Optical attenuator function
The optical attenuator module has two test modules: single-mode and multi-mode. It can control the optical power attenuation and achieve a wide range of power attenuation from 0dB to 65dB.
Optical switch function
The optical switch has a variety of different channel modules, which can realize the rapid switching of optical paths.
Optical polarization scrambler function
The optical polarization scrambling module can disrupt the polarization state of light so that the polarized light after scrambling evenly covers the entire Poincaré sphere, and the polarization degree after scrambling is ≤5%.
Remote control function
The host platform has two programmable control interfaces: network port and serial port (only for 9951A), providing remote control instruction set.
Multi-client access capability
Through network port control, the system supports multi-client access function, allowing up to 64 clients to access together. Combined with this function, large-scale production test systems such as optical devices and optical modules can be built.
High-definition touch screen
The 9951A platform is equipped with a 4.3-inch high-definition touch screen, which has a user-friendly interface and is convenient and efficient.
Analog optical module production test
9951 series products can be used for the research and development, production testing of optical passive devices, optical active devices, optical modules, and optical components.
