The 6955AC signal transceiver is a 3U 2-slot modular product conforming to PXIe bus standards. It integrates vector signal analysis, vector signal generation and real-time signal processing and control capabilities based on FPGA, which can simultaneously receive and transmit microwave vector signals and store and process signal data at high speed and large capacity. The module has a frequency range of 40MHz~6.0GHz and a bandwidth of 200MHz, seeking the optimal configuration of test efficiency and test cost, serving production line testing with smaller volume, higher integration and faster test efficiency, and can be widely used in RF semiconductor, 5G test, Internet of Things test and other fields.
