6474 polarization-maintaining fiber fusion splicer is mainly used for the fusion and protection of polarization-maintaining optical fibers such as panda type, bow tie type, and elliptical type, and can also be used for the splicing of ordinary communication optical fibers. The automatic focusing function of this product makes the cores of various optical fibers clearly visible; the micron-level parallel clamping and collimation mechanism realizes the precise alignment of the optical fiber core; the GUI graphical interface design provides a friendly operation interface, and the application of the touch screen makes the operation easier; the large-capacity pluggable modular lithium battery provides reliable protection for long-term field work; the high-precision spindle alignment algorithm and the real-time compensation solution for the discharge arc can ensure that the product achieves low-loss and high-extinction ratio fusion of polarization-maintaining optical fibers in the entire working condition range.

Various fiber clamps
Three fiber clamps, FH-74-170, FH-74-250, and FH-74-900, are available to meet the needs of splicing various polarization-maintaining optical fibers and jumpers with cladding diameters of 80μm to 150μm.

Graphical interface and touch screen
The new GUI and touch screen design are adopted. The operator can easily and intuitively set the machine and understand the relevant information of the machine through the graphic interface.

Intelligent heat shrink and fast cooling
A detection element is added to the heater. Only when the heat shrink tube is placed in the heater will the heating function be automatically activated to prevent misoperation. A micro fan is built into the bottom of the heater to quickly cool the heat shrink tube and improve construction efficiency.

Large-capacity pluggable lithium-ion battery
Built-in, freely pluggable large-capacity lithium-ion battery, which can meet the working needs of at least one full day (typically 200 welding and heating cycles) after being fully charged.
