Product Overview 5233D bit error tester is mainly used for digital optical transceiver module error performance test. With the replaceable interface board design, it can support a variety of digital optical transceiver modules, including CFP, CFP2, CFP4, CFP8, CSFP, CXP, CXP2, DSFP, QSFP, QSFP+, QSFP28, SFP, SFP+, SFP28, XFP, etc. The 5233D bit error tester adopts a standard 2U rack structure, supports RS232 and Ethernet remote control, and has bit error test, bit error rate eye map, voltage pull, pre-weighted control, amplitude control, temperature and power monitoring and DDM monitoring functions. The port rate covers 100Mbps ~ 400Gbps, which is suitable for the development and production testing of various digital optical transceiver modules.
Supports 15 kinds of digital optical transceiver modules such as SFP28 and QSFP28. One chassis can be configured with 1 ~ 4 test modules. Each module supports 2, 4 or 8 ports. 100G OTN, 40GE, 100GE Layer 2 protocols automatically identify and control the type of carrier board and optical module. Perform error test according to port and channel to provide power for optical module, and perform voltage deviation control optical module operating voltage, current and power consumption test. Control and read the status of the optical module through I2C or MDIO interface with eye image scanning function optical module working environment temperature monitoring command remote control, suitable for customized automated testing.
